With so many breweries and so little time, you don’t want to make any mistakes. And there a lot of breweries in Asheville. Life is too short for bad beer, so here’s my list of the Asheville’s top breweries:
Burial Beer Co – South Slope
Burial crushes the IPA game and is the class of the Asheville breweries. This should be your first stop and possibly your last stop to pick up some take home souvenirs.
Dssolvr – Downtown Asheville

Green Man Brewing – South Slope
Really solid IPAs, but nothing spectacular. I include it on the list because it’s around the corner from Burial and you won’t be disappointed, even if you’re not overwhelmed.
